MyArtBook Starter Kit (box)
We will dispatch your Starter Kit box within 48 hours of your order. You should receive it within 2-5 working days after that. You will receive an An Post tracking code to monitor the status of your delivery.
You have up to 90 days to return your Starter Kit from the time of order. Don’t worry, we’ll pop you a reminder 2 weeks before the deadline!
Your Starter Kit includes a sturdy, large box to fill with your artwork, a leaflet with instructions & tips for organising your art, and a re-sealable protection bag.
Everything is included in the cost of your book, including shipping so there will be no additional fees.
The box comes at a size of 55cm x 35cm x 10cm, so you have plenty of space for your masterpieces. If any of your art is bigger than the box, we recommend rolling it up carefully. Otherwise please get it touch with us by email at hello@myartbook.ie
We can include 30-200 pieces of art in your ArtBook.
You can order at most two books per Starter Kit, as long as you can fit everything in the box. In this case, please make it clear which art corresponds to which book.
If you can fit it comfortably in the box, feel free to include any 3D art. Otherwise please get in touch with us by email at hello@myartbook.ie.
Our box size is 55cm x 35cm x 10cm, and can fit any page size of A2 and smaller. If you have art that is bigger, we recommend rolling it up.
Each individual art piece will take up a whole page in your ArtBook, so the number of art pieces should match the number of pages you plan to have in your book.
If you would your art to be printed in a specific order, mark the back of each piece with a number. Otherwise our designers will arrange it as they see fit.
If you would like to order two books, make sure to clearly distinguish between each childs’ artwork and label each by name.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any art after you return your Starter Kit back to us.
Please get in touch with us if you would like to to make a change to your order. You will also have an opportunity to make any requests when we send you the digital mockup.
Books
It takes up to 4 weeks from the time your materials arrive at our studio to professionally photograph, edit and print your ArtBook. After approval and payment of your final bill you should receive your book within 2-3 weeks.
If you need your book by a certain date please contact us by email and we can discuss.
To digitalise your art, we professionally photograph each piece one at a time in our highly-lit photography zone. The photos are then sent to our designers who work their magic in order to bring out the best in each one of your masterpieces.
We make every effort to carefully handle your art to and from our studio but unfortunately we cannot guarantee its safety during transport by An Post.
By default we will return your art back to you along with your ArtBook, unless you indicate that you would like us to responsibly recycle it, which we will happily do!
We have two options for you to choose from: 20x20cm or 28x28cm. Both versions maintain the same, super high quality standards and are hardback.
After you receive your final bill it won’t be possible to change the number of pages in your book, as we calculate it based on the number of artwork pieces that you have sent us.
Of course! Moreover, you will get a discount of 50% on each additional copy that you order.
You can make up to five small changes on the mockup that we send you. Examples of small changes may include a background color switch or increasing the size of a particular image. Any bigger changes should be discussed through our support channel.
The cover is chosen before you send off your Starter Kit back to us. If you change your mind, you can request a cover change as long as it is done before your mockup is ready.
Yes, you can request to change a page background.
We allow one week for any revision requests before submitting your book for printing.
The final price is calculated based on the number of art pieces we receive from you (minimum 30 – €119.99). Every two additional pages will cost you €3. Your original €39.99 deposit is then subtracted from your final bill.
