Terms & Conditions
1. Service Description: MyArtBook offers the creation of custom picture albums in sizes 20x20cm and 27x27cm, with a minimum of 30 pages per book, using customer-provided children’s artwork.
2. Use of Products: MyArtBook reserves the right to use any produced albums for promotional and marketing purposes. No opt-out option is available for customers for the use of the products as marketing material.
3. Artwork Processing: All original artwork sent to MyArtBook will not be disassembled or modified in any irreversible manner during the reproduction process.
4. Artwork Reproduction: We will endeavour to modify the artwork as minimally as possible, fixing up folds and creases only as long as it does not drastically alter the original piece’s identity.
5. Color Matching and Reproduction Quality: MyArtBook will strive to make the digital reproductions as close to the original artworks as possible, but please note that due to differences in monitor and print calibrations, some variations may occur.
6. Refunds
6.1 Refunds on orders: All products are made to order and cannot be refunded or returned, except in the case where the product is damaged before arrival.
6.2 Deposits: Deposits are legible for a refund up to 30 days after order.
7. Damaged Goods: MyArtBook will replace any products damaged before arrival to the customer’s premise, provided that visible proof of such damage is given.
8. Liability: MyArtBook will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the original artworks throughout the project’s processing.
9. Additional Artwork: Customers may send additional artworks at a cost. Requests for additional artwork after submitting the box will be accepted but will be charged at an additional €2.50 per piece. The total number of pieces should not exceed 200.
10. Pricing: Our pricing is based on the number of pages in a book and the corresponding size. Details of this pricing structure can be found on our website or directly inquired from our staff.
11. Design Changes: After a design proof has been sent, we will accommodate only up to 5 minor changes. Complete redesigns will not be undertaken.
12. Prerequisites for Order Processing: Work on a project commences only after receiving the full payment (deposit + balance) and the completed Art Submission Form.
13. Delivery: Upon receiving an order, we will provide a design proof within 1-3 weeks. After approval and payment of final bill, the final product will be delivered within 3 weeks.
14. Area of Operation: At the moment, MyArtBook only operates within the island of Ireland.
15. Deposit: We require a non-refundable deposit of €39.99 to start your order, to cover the preparation and shipment of your Starter Kit.
16. Packaging and Postage: Postage and packaging are included in the stated product price.
17. Pricing Guarantee: The price for your orders will be the one in effect at the time of the order.
